Rental and Utility Assistance

1. Georgia Rental Assistance Program

   • Provides up to 18 months of rental and utility assistance for individuals and families affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Administered through the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.

2. Midtown Assistance Center

   • Offers rent and utility assistance for eligible residents in specific zip codes. Requires a picture ID, social security card, proof of residence, and proof of income.
